How To Enter

Please ensure you have read the Categories & Criteria before entering. Remember it's FREE to enter the Awards, and you are encouraged to submit multiple entries where applicable.

Please use the Entry Form Template here as the starting point for each of your submissions, answering all the questions / and including all the information as indicated within the specific entry criteria, adhering to the word count stipulated.  The entry criteria vary for each category.

Submission for ALL Categories

There is a major change to the entry process this year. You will be required to submit TWO PDF documents.

The first PDF document (using the Entry Form Template here) must include your entry details, the questions listed in the specific entry criteria by category with your answers, adhering to the stipulated word count ONLY!

So, this is essentially your core entry submission only and should follow the criteria in detail and be a stand-alone, completed application.

The second PDF document is your opportunity to enhance your submission using statistics, spread sheets, graphs, pictures, articles, promotional collateral, embedded web links to online videos etc. Please do not repeat your core entry answers in your support document.

  • Please top each entry file with the category entered and the name of the entrant / entry.
  • Remember, generic / standardised / non-category specific / PR generated content is very unlikely to be successful.
  • Each entry file must be a maximum of 4 x A4 pages in length, the total file size for each must not exceed 5Mb and the two files only per individual entry may be submitted. If your file size exceeds 4 x A4 pages and/or 5Mb, then your entry will be disqualified. If you submit more than the two documents stipulated, you will be disqualified.
  • It is important to ensure that your two PDF entry files are complete, checked and contain all the required information - answers to the listed entry criteria adhering to the specified word count in the first PDF file, and the full support material in the second PDF file - before you begin the online submission process.
  • Duplicate entries or entries with more than the specified two files will not be accepted and will be deleted.

RULES OF ENTRY

  • There is no limit to the number of relevant categories a company or organisation can enter, but separate entry files must be submitted for each category.

  • Winners and finalists may inform of their status in advertising (or use the position-specific logo in promotional material and marketing collateral), but it must be clear in which year they were successful.
